Comprehensive Oral Examinations & Digital X-Rays
Just like regular health check-up is necessary to keep a tab on what is happening with your body; likewise, regular oral examinations help you maintain the health of your teeth, gums, jaw, and bite. At New Falls Dental, we recommend these exams at least twice a year because it is important to identify the issues early on and plan to treat them right.
Our comprehensive oral exams comprise of the following:

During your oral examinations with us, Dr. Irukulla and her team assess your oral health. We use the intra-oral camera to take pictures of your teeth and gums so that you can also see, what we see in your mouth. Digital X-rays
Did you know digital x-rays emit 90% lesser radiation than the normal x-ray? Also, they are quicker and safer! At New Falls Dental, we use the low-radiation digital x-ray machines to help diagnose problems with your teeth/jaw and can also see the decay and bone loss which may not be visible yet. The 3D cone beam CT scan always helps us generate three dimensional (3D) images of your teeth, bones, and tissues.
We also provide a thorough check-up for oral cancer, which includes checking your neck, lips, face, throat, tongue, tissues, and gums for any symptoms. A thorough examination is done with utmost care and expertise.
